From what I've learned yes they do but the time requirements and how long the sfc is kept wet to kill usually aren't met

I decided to try this new Seafood place for lunch. Now I wish I could get my money back. The fish was runny and the shrimp tasted rancid.

Not sure why finding a place that sells decent fried catfish is so difficult.

I had trouble finding a good place in Georgia too.

The one place I would go that was consistently good closed shop.
