IF the GFS was to happen, this would be a ridiculous gradient. I have lived in the Carolinas all my life, but i have never seen anything like that. It's just hard to buy...

Nethertheless, the ole GFS says who cares what you think, i am trucking due North. Screw the haters.

Models not handling the transfer well. Need a minor shift 200 miles offshore and you should be good for a r/s mix as the LP moves poleward. Post pics.

The gradient on the GFS does seem ridiculous. RDU in the mid-50s while GSO is 30 and icing is something I don’t think I’ve ever seen before, and doesn’t seem realistic to me.
