Rocky river ? Tim Sweeney hasn’t offered to buy it yet ? You know he has almost all the land around the river and bought some 800 acres last 4 months around it . You want a guaranteed buyer who will protect it 130 Chatham LLC got you. I’m serious. He already owns almost all the land around it .

He's not getting it. We have over 150acres on the east side of the river spilt between 4 families

What! Ahhh come on sell him another 65. He is almost done ! Don’t leave a hole in his plan ! It’s going to be a vast wilderness , 16,000 acres collected so far .
 
My wife could care less about weather except in July/August when she wants the AC lower, in August/September when she wants the lawn furniture secured, and in December/January when she wants me to split wood ... so she comes home tonight with 2 big bottles of Russian Stoli ... I think she may have sensed something ... :eek:
 
So when this thing slows down so much and tracks through the mountains, do we have egg on our face? Or do we blame the model agreement 5+ days out..

If so a lot of Pro Mets will have egg on the faces. Probably why posting snow maps so far out isn’t the best thing to do. Hopefully it doesn’t.
