My little girls have been asking about snow more than ever lately, especially now that it's Christmas time. I have a 4 & 6 year old, both girls. I just try to explain to them that it doesn't like to snow where we live. (Columbia, SC). Hoping we finally break the streak down this way this Winter. They have never seen it. Pulling for a miracle once again. Hoping we reel in a massive widespread Winter storm this year for the Southeast.

How do you explain the poor performance of the Gamecocks to them? Which is more likely, snow or the gamecocks being good?

As much as I love snow I'm dreading winter. Not looking forward to getting my blood pressure up everyday waiting for the elusive pattern change to show up on models, then go into Feb snowless, in a La Nina and hoping for a hail Mary
