That’ fine. No reason to -------- about a 40 when I was 16. That’s what I got and I could still run it under 4.5. Brookwood HS 2000 or 2001.--------.

Uhm, no that is not possible. Usain Bolt ran a 3.98 and is by far the fastest man who ever lived. As a RB in HS and college(before I blew my knees out in FB), I ran a 4.35 but it was hand timed. It was at the University of Miami football camp3.83. School record was and I think still is 3.78.
We agree to disagree. All good.Bo’s was a stopwatch. Quit your --------. GTFOH

That’s what I got. Chris Covington who ended up playing for Pirates ran the 3.78. Not saying the coaches BS it but that what we got. We ran in on the track and not grass. I can’t prove it but that’s what it was or called out. It doesn’t matter anymore.Uhm, no that is not possible. Usain Bolt ran a 3.98 and is by far the fastest man who ever lived. I can run a 4.5 I’m pretty fit for a 35 year old. 4.5 isn’t fast.If you ran that fast you would have been in college or the NFL. Renaldo Nehemiah who never caught a pass before, played with the 49ers because he was ultra fast as a hurdler.
If you can run a 4.5 today, I’ll eat my own ----.
Haha I didn’t mean to start anything. I was just saying what I got. Was it BS? Probably but I was also 5”5130 but my book said 5”8 150. Coaches fib numbers. I can also bench 2x my weight. BoomOk but whos more well endowed, @tramadoc or @NoSnowATL since they are currently in a ---- measuring contest.
Wait can you actually bench twice your weight? I'd have to be benching 360 to be twice my weight. Yikes. I mean I squat and deadlift more than twice my weight. I wish I could bench twice my weight.Haha I didn’t mean to start anything. I was just saying what I got. Was it BS? Probably but I was also 5”5130 but my book said 5”8 150. Coaches fib numbers. I’ll see if my parents still have that book.
I am not trying to bust your chops NSA, but they either had a terrible stop watch or did not have an accurate measurement of 40 yds. That time is just not possibleThat’s what I got. Glad you said it.Ok but whos more well endowed, @tramadoc or @NoSnowATL since they are currently in a ---- measuring contest.
Well ...I ran 8.6 mph on the treadmill yesterday. HahaWe agree to disagree. All good.
A lot of people did, the people who still got trucks like that meet every night at the Zebulon Sonic or the Walmart parking lot to compare I guess or I dont know what they do.I did have a truck like that on HS. ?
I agree I’m sure it was coaches being coaches.I am not trying to bust your chops NSA, but they either had a terrible stop watch or did not have an accurate measurement of 40 yds. That time is just not possible
