Yes. I picked up a stick in the yard and pulled a muscle in the right section of my upper back. Hurt badly for 2 days and then vanished, just like that.

Mine in upper left of the spine. I was at the range hitting balls then bam! Felt like knife in the back.
Like spasms when you breathe, it hurts and ain't no joke..... muscle relaxer and rest a few days.

Now I’m under a warning. Golf ball sized hail and 60 mph winds.

Well this storm is intensifying...
At 451 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Bridge Creek,
moving east at 10 mph.
This is a very dangerous storm.
HAZARD...Baseball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.
Locations impacted include...
Southwestern Oklahoma City, southwestern Norman, Moore, Newcastle,
Blanchard, Noble, Tuttle, Goldsby and Bridge Creek.
This might even go tornado warned soon...
