... I mean yeah? What's your point?
I just don't believe all this talk of a snowstorm popping out of nowhere. Sure its happened before but rare. The reason it seemed that way long ago was you didn't have access to the models. Of course models were worse back then but if all you followed was local mets now it'd appear the same. They don't even mention it until flakes are certain and even then downplay it. Except CJ of course.

I wasn't trying to reference that, I was just noting the uncertainty for the weekend. Never said it was going to snow here

Climo says it doesnt snow in GA in November but look what happened.
But it wasn't a surprise either. Models hinted that for a week. To say the models are missing a snowfall east of the mountains this weekend seem to be grasping straws to me. I know nobody has actually said its going to snow this weekend but you can tell some are really getting their hopes up. It's just simply not cold enough for most in this board even with a perfect storm track.

I didn't mean to come off rude if I did. Just a little frustrating living here in the shadow of the mountains. I didn't even get down to freezing this morning.

You never know, this could be one of those storms that drops of a foot of heavy wet snow above 3500'.
