I think if we're going to have a Marvelous March, it's going to be the first week of March, because after that, most of the cold probably leaves, except for possible marginal cold snaps. But brutal cold temps should be gone.

Idek just change your location to Raleigh real quick and try it out . If you don’t like it change your location to Richmond a day later . Then when you grow up really move there .

It's funny because even though they are both state capitals, I don't think I've ever heard anyone ask about those two cities specifically. Unfortunately I don't think we have VA posters in Richmond, so I'm not sure if you'll get the answer you're looking for.

Hell. Even Hawaii saw sub freezing Temps on the summit of Mauna Loa volcano. The only other places that share SC title are the 6 territories all located in tropical climates.
