I would be interested to see how many people would prefer an ice storm over a snowstorm. I'm pretty sure most would prefer a snowstorm, but i'm sure there are some out there who actually like ice better.

Pretty sure most all would prefer snow to ice, but I’m sure there’s some exceptions. Some do seem to prefer sleet to snow, like dsaur. Personally, I’ll take snow > sleet > freezing rain > warm rain > cold rain.

How about we bring giant fans and put em in a circle around concord . All these fans will do is blow Saharan dust which will disrupt thunderstorm formation .

Do You Like Ice Storms (Frz Rain)?

Was wondering how this shakes out among the group. This is for freezing rain storms...my assumption is that most are OK with sleet.

I don’t mind losing power , it’s been a weenie dream of mine that this whole county and all the neighboring ones lose power and we get to stare at the stars on a clear night with no light pollution!

I know Tony in GA prefers sleet to snow or freezing rain.
