Yes that Green on north did well in the last 7 years, but there's more to Eastern North Carolina than NE North Carolina like the US-264 corridor/north areas .Area like Fayetteville, Rockingham, Whiteville(who I don't think hasn't received a significant winter storm since 2014),Lumberton, Myrtle Beach(though technically SC), etc been getting the raw end of the deal with mother Nature in the last 7 years and now Houston may surpass all of these area snow/ice totals of the last several year combined with one system despite of having way worse climatology for snow/ice than all of them.
