I need to make a map of the last time most places in NC have seen a foot of snow in a single storm.
From what I can tell, the longest 12”+ drought in central and eastern nc extends along a line from about Laurinburg to Fayetteville, Dunn, and Smithfield.

Well, I’m leaving today for a weekend ski trip, so at least I’ll get to see fake snow on the slopes (no actual snowfall, unfortunately) and I also won’t be able to check in for the next couple days. Less stress worrying about the inevitable.
