Yeah the mountains have had a great year, I've taken a few trips and will probably take a few more. I honestly think people just need to drive to the snow this year....you'll feel better.

Tell me about it , this weekend had mid 50s and sun both days. But noooo y’all wanted snow so we played the nw trend game for a shot of snow ... now you know what we got you greedy butts ? Miserable cold rain! No snow and no mild sunny weather . Don’t gamble !
 
The kind of cold on the Gfs is nuts , that’s the kind of cold that wipes out your entire landscape . Bye bye to your gardenias , azaleas , rhodendron , camellias , crepe myrtle , magnolias ... that kind of cold even starts producing die back in NATIVE plants ! Would be a slaughter like no other .

I'm heading there tomorrow. Had to reschedule from last year since they were closed most of last season. Glad the resorts are finally having a good winter up there!

It depends on how you look at it. At this point, I'm just diving things into categories. No snow or lots of snow. Adding more models gives you a better sample size.

Oh it does. But it also gives us more to go through and pray is right even if it's the only one. Double edged sword hah.

Ill be in Boone. Ground is still covered in several inches of snow. They get popped twice this upcoming week, it might end up as a all time greatest year up there. One of our mtn posters has posted that the ground has been covered above 4000 ft like 63 out of the last 65 days.

I doubt anyone here is reading the Chinese or Korean model right. Nothing personal. Just don't think ya'll are fluent in those languages.
