Sarcasm, but truly there are few qualified to post in that thread based on the knowledge and credentials of those who possess it, as well as the desired content to be in such threads as made evident by prior posts from admins.

Anyone is welcome to post in any of these forums. The main thing we don’t want in the main forum is like “ how much snow am I getting at burns avenue” or “I guess the gfs hates me because it didn’t snow at mby”.. This is why this forum was created. We are just trying to keep things more organized, espically during times like right now with winter storm threats. Hope this clears things up a little more.

Don't misunderstand me, I completely agree with it. I think this thread is spectacular.
 
Do the models get there data from the same sources or is different sources for each different model? Do the GFS NAM EUOR CMC ect... get the same data or no? Just curious.

I think this thread is the best thing could have happen to this forum. It has 41 pages for 3 days of use. That is amazing and I didn’t think this thread would take off like it did. ??

Well here’s a lesson:

-NAO goes bonkers but our AK ridge turns into a giant low and we lose the -AO

Lots of moving parts and a whole lot can still go wrong. Your pipes are safe for now
