All this talk about how this isnt the east of the mountains time, yet the 18z makes them the big winner. NC always wins, unless you live in southern wake county.

I dont even think I got on the forum last February. It was 70 about every day. I didnt care though cause I already had about 6 inches for the winter.

Edit nah means keep posting. It’s the closest I will get to snow this year.
Because i am from the south. Brent is also from the SE. He grew up like 40 miles from me. We are oddballs on this forum being outside of the SE.

In fairness the EPS does flip pressure pattern around day 12+. That is an pattern change. And if one person tells me “see we said Feb was the best nino month, geez, have patience”. If I hear that someone is getting kicked in the ding ding.

I'm sure we will get another El Nino next year guys. We'll get one, it'll somehow not be strong, but more on the lines of moderate, and we'll figure out how to make it bring La Nina like temps again with how the MJO stalls in warm phases and the SOI having a crazy positive period.
And because of the incoming El Nino, while they won't really honk their horns, everyone will call for a cooler than average winter again.

This is the first time in about 3 weeks my weather app hasn't shown snow in my 10 day forecast. I take that as a good sign. Will get my sled ready! Lol
