Misc 2019 Banter & Friendly Conservation

I used to feel the same way, and still do sometimes. But eventually, I just sorta got over it I guess cause at the end of the day, we can't really control the way someone acts over the screen. This is a awesome place to learn and to get up to date information but some of the people on here can take advantage at times and sorta single out the ones that don't know as much. But at the same time, I can see how it can get extremely annoying repeating the same thing and the same person asking the same question a million times. I think we should all remember where we came from and that at one point, we were all new at this.

I understand all of that too, and like you said I kinda just get over it, but I’ve noticed for a while it just gets worse. I’ve ignored it over and over but finally just had to State my opinion. It just irritates me to see the same people from talkweather change so much and be so rude. (Not saying names)

Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.

Yeh you're not alone in your thinking. There is a lot of cool people on here too and a lot of people that feel the same as you but just don't want to say anything. I think we all just need a giant snowstorm to make everyone happy haha

JB quote from this morning:
"You folks in the south, I think February is your month, especially mid to late February."

lolno

I can most likely say forget it and be on to spring after February 15th, where I'll be hoping we don't get a hard freeze and lose our blueberries again. So he was not meaning all of the south. Maybe we pull out a 2/25/15 and if I'm not working (which with my luck, I probably won't be with how things have gone), I can get my parents to let me drive to Lafayette.

Crap, that's close to when they want to go back to Florida though to see my grandma, so perhaps this is the year we get a snow late in February.

The FV3 sure didn't score a coup with this one based off what I just saw on the 26th-28th thread. It trended from diving in around the Idaho stovepipe to diving in in California. The GFS might have scored a not good news win with that one.

someone needs to develop a model that no matter what, extrapolates current conditions at initiation to never show snow in the southeast ever. It should orient features automatically in the most feasible pattern to not get snow. 99.9% verification scores guaranteed lol. We would call it the SESB "south east snow bubble" model.
