It took until August 4th but now I am ready for Winter. Plus this place is waaay more exciting. I enjoy the crazy.
I'm wondering what happened to the one that kept posting every freaking day "I still haven't hit 90 yet"? Maybe he'll pop up on here on September 1 and say "I made it through the entire summer without ever hitting 90"It took until August 4th but now I am ready for Winter. That's Tony and he'll pop in when something strikes his fancy; BTW - he knows more weather in his left ankle than most any 10 of the rest us combined know, fully assembled; he just shares it with a bit of wit ...I'm wondering what happened to the one that kept posting every freaking day "I still haven't hit 90 yet"? He hit 90 and caught fire I guess.I'm wondering what happened to the one that kept posting every freaking day "I still haven't hit 90 yet"? Maybe he'll pop up on here on September 1 and say "I made it through the entire summer without ever hitting 90"
That's what I figured, it must have finally topped 90 there. He hit 90 and caught fire I guess.
The good news is, I haven't hit 100 yet this summer, but it got mighty close... On July 4 it got 99, and on the 5th it got 98, so we gave the century mark a scare. That's Tony and he'll pop in when something strikes his fancy; BTW - he knows more weather in his left ankle than most any 10 of the rest us combined know, fully assembled; he just shares it with a bit of wit ...
She’s no Kelly Cass!Liana Brackett Is nice looking....
Something like this is certainly doable.Right now, despite geographical and topographical differences, we all experience pretty much the same weather: hot, humid and rather sticky. That will change in 6 to 10 weeks, dramatically.
Who is in for a poll?

· and the Far Southern Outpost
> First freeze for the designated areas
> First frozen precip for the designated areas
> First accumulating frozen precip for the designated areas

And then …
> Last freeze for the designated areas
> Last frozen precip for the designated areas
> Last accumulating frozen precip for the designated areas
and any other "poll" topics ...
Just an idea, and if its worth a hill of beans, maybe Shawn or someone with the “power” and know-how can actually create and set up a poll; one vote per member which is final by September 30th.
Just a thought …
Hey Charlie - A ride in the jet for the overall winner?
Unfortunately I don't see the Braves getting past the Cubs in the NL and good luck to anyone in the NL beating the Astros, Red Sox, or Yankees in the World Series. But the Braves are doing much better than expected.I'm all in for the Braves making the playoffs this year... nice win tonight. We have so many great pitchers in the farm system, this team should be golden for a while, as long as the team chemistry works... it's working this year for sure. They have a ton of heart for a young, stressed team. Going to buy some tickets for one of the late Sept Phillies games.... will be my third trip to SunTrust this season.
The Braves need Dale Murphy and John Smoltz.Unfortunately I don't see the Braves getting past the Cubs in the NL and good luck to anyone in the NL beating the Astros, Red Sox, or Yankees in the World Series. But the Braves are doing much better than expected.
So it's over 100 degrees in parts of Canada atm, wow.
Look at those dewpoints 107/34. Wow that's desert stuff.Yeah that jet stream is wacky.
