Not sure where else to put this, but very cool and could be a useful tool - FS - should I put this in Wiki, and if so, where?

I swear home prices have gone through the roof. Looking to buy something not in a cookie cutter neighborhood with more than 1/50th of an acre and the best I can find is 30 miles away. Ugh
I mean $350,000 for a home, what the hell is wrong with people. How do you afford that!? Blows my mind

Try Roxboro!! You'd get a lot more snow, and it's got everything you need: bowling alley, Walmart , movie theatre, Golden Corral , and an Arby's !I swear home prices have gone through the roof. The snow thing is the only thing that would sell me on roxboroTry Roxboro!! You'd get a lot more snow, and it's got everything you need: bowling alley, Walmart , movie theatre, Golden Corral , and an Arby's !
And a mansion for about 150k
And it seems that's the only type of new homes that are being built around here, 300K and up. I don't know who's buying all these homes and how there are that many people that can afford it. I bought my home for 150K in 2006 and could easily sell it for 200K now in less than a month because it's so hard to find homes that cheap around here anymore.I swear home prices have gone through the roof. The draw back too, for home owners, is higher property taxesAnd it seems that's the only type of new homes that are being built around here, 300K and up. I agree, and I think it's just a matter of time before we have to deal with upper 70s dew points in September & October, I'm afraid. Consider me frustrated! Is it just me or do summers seem to be lasting longer and winters starting later than they used to?
Well we have been slightly AN since 2010 for Sept/OctI agree, and I think it's just a matter of time before we have to deal with upper 70s dew points in September & October, I'm afraid. Consider me frustrated!

Using the same matrix and going into winter, over the 6 years it hasn't averaged any better ...Well we have been slightly AN since 2010 for Sept/Oct

And that map includes winter 2010-11 which was pretty cold and it doesnt include last winter. So if that map started with winter 2011-12 and went through 2016-17 it would probably be even warmerUsing the same matrix and going into winter, over the 6 years it hasn't averaged any better ...

That's just brutal to look at. This has no doubt been the warmest decade of winters in my lifetime. Hopefully we can close out the decade with some cooler winters. Hopefully some snow too. Going on 4 years with little to no snow in ATL.Here you go ... if you want it (my bad on skipping last winter) ...
