GFS is the slighest bit northwest. I mean like 10 miles

At the very least the crazy east shifts have paused.

Much heavier precip extends further west on GFS. NAM is a clear outlier

Watch this thing randomly explode tomorrow or Friday and catch us all off guard. You never know these models suck.
That it didn’t keep shunting the precip east another 200 miles is a win.

We still have a little over 24 hours for precip to expand NW before go time, encouraging trends over the past run or two on all of the globals. Time for the short range models to show more moisture, we have the cold.

Much better 00z suite. East/drier has stopped. We have all day tomorrow to get another jump like we got on the NAM tonight

The biggest thing is the east shift has stopped and a nudge NW has started. Now how far we can get it to go NW in the next 24 hours is another story
It went pretty darn fair the past 24 hours I suppose it can go back?
I don’t think it’s stopped because of the past 6hours. We honestly need more time to see. It could still be going east.
