The mountains will see a good snow from this. Outside the mountains it looks like a novelty event flurries but North Georgia could certainly see a dusting to a inch. Maybe north Alabama to those areas should be excited.

Much more likely to see wedges here in NC than snow and even the chance of tornadoes isn't that great (yet)
Euro soundings in NC, if there’s one thing I’m at least noticing, it’s the poor mid level lapse rates
