That's just the kind of backassward weather I like. If I have to had to suffer thru Feb. then give me the cold cad April to beat all! I'd love to see a chance of snow down here in late April, from an insane ULL, lol. If the atmospheric cycle is going to have wild fluctuations, then that's the kind I could get into cd2play

The liquid equivalent snow/ice totals are up to 10-15" lol. Unfortunately I grabbed these from a friend and don't have a weatherbell subscription anymore and weathermodels.com isn't weenie enough yet to put them on there :weenie:

Not bad at all going into mid-April ...
This isn't an April Fool's joke but there's a chance of snow here tomorrow night.
Need to save some of that cooler air for July and August. That's when you REALLY want it to be cooler than normal. I'm afraid we're using up all our cooler than normal weather and won't have any left for summer.

FWIW, Weather.com shows near or slightly below normal temps for much of MS, AL, GA, TN and the Western parts of the Carolinas from April-June.

If that's right, could be a turbulent spring if cooler air masses contribute more to severe weather. If not, I'll enjoy the cooler spring. Just hope the models don't bring up snow systems.

It sounds crazy, but the models keep hinting at winter mischief here around the 8th. Definitely something to keep tabs on.

Dallas had its 10th warmest March I think(if not close to it), has definitely not been cold here lol
but the models keep bringing in cold so we'll see, would be pretty funny if were colder than all of March

going to end about 1 degree BN in Chattanooga. Believe the biggest cold anomalies are in NC for March. They definitely got all the snow.

yup this pattern was money for the east coast ever since I was in NYC in mid February
