SREF plumes went way up in a lot of places to the North of CAE into NC and the upstate. CAE stayed basically the same. I'd be lying if i said i wasn't worried about temps. HRRR is basically keeping the entire event rain now. Would be hard to believe the entire band remaining rain. It's something to keep a eye on though. Just get the feeling places just to the NW like Shawn has already mentioned will get a couple inches while places closer to the city get robbed.

Holy crap, the returns just all a sudden blew up moving into ATL! This literally happened in 5 minutes.
It’s ripping pretty good here just west if ATL.

Looks like around 3/4" so far here. Tapered off for awhile but starting to pick back up. 26 and falling.

Hope what the NAM just did is right! Nice little redevelopment right at the South end of the band.
Its not often you see Columbus get the most snow in GA.

Radar looking nice around Atlanta. Snowing good right NW of city. I am gonna head out and see how much we got now. I will report back in 5 mins.
NAM still bringing the goods for NC and even expanding the heaviest axis eastward along the NC/Va border... I approve.

Just started snowing in Senoia, Coweta county.
Snow getting heavier last I checked about 6 mins ago in NW Atlanta (ITP). Big, fluffy flakes similar to last month's snowstorm. Already accumulating on grass/roof surfaces. The roads in my neighborhood look damp which is concerning with the quickly falling temps. Temp down to 32°F at KATL (Airport)
He is in South AL.
