2/4-2/5 Event - Mood Flakes or More?

North of Martinsville getting smoked if it's all snow. Looked at the latest HRRR and things may beef up for others up this way too. HRRR has been very dry looking all day so...

I have a friend that lives just north of Martinsville and he said he’s gotten over an inch already and it’s pouring snow right now.

Actually he just messaged me and said he went out and measured and had 3 1/2 inches already.

Had thought this would be nothing but we’ve actually got a bit of a dusting here.

32/29 now with light snow and over 0.25" of accumulation so far.

Looks like the Triad is getting fortunate with some radar returns moving over the area. Looks like we are going to get split here in the NW Triangle. Don't think we're going to get anything aside from perhaps freezing drizzle. Glad someone in the lowlands saw some snow accumulations, at least!

Looks like radar is starting to light up some! 33 in Concord . Something around Shelby looks interesting. Anyone on here in the Cleveland County area?

Quite the surprising. Been snowing steady for an hour. Ripping fatties now

Ripping fatties and everything except roads are white (everything white is from today)

I heard some pingers hitting the window down my way and looked outside to see a light snow/sleet mix coming down
