Haha I was there in early 2018 when it snowed one night and I'm telling you it was more borderline than our storms lol
Up by Central Park it was a winter wonderland and down in Lower Manhattan no sign of snow at all.. even in midtown around Times Square wasn't much... I mean I've seen cutoffs here but wow. Kind of amazing it even snowed in the city

See this is why I have very little interest in moving very much further north because we already get cold enough here
I mean there's been several days below 10 degrees just since 21I know sometimes our winters are iffy but you go further north too and its no longer special shrugs. Heck here it's not even an automatic school closing like some places

Yeah its too cold for me. Plus its almost always cloudy here so you get very little melting. Well, I wanted more snow so I guess I better shut up about it....lol

NW Virginia. I just bought a little house about 80 miles due south of Chicago. Just farmland everywhere. Its very peaceful and quiet. Wild thunderstorms in the summer. Its definitely a true Continental climate. 9.3 degrees right now.

Lol you need to help my friends in Texas already they are endlessly complaining about the lack of cold air on the GFS of all models
