No, its not. Yea sitting back to see if Jeffries is Speaker is awesome. Meanwhile Gaetz has already resigned meaning if he isnt confirmed, and i doubt he will be the GOP is officailly now down 1 seat.
He finally proposed it in May of this year and started the process for rescheduling, but it won't conclude before his term ends.

I will say this.. I will be slightly surprised if the Senate confirms Gaetz. Gaetz doesn't have many friends in the house, and the Senate is definitely more old school conservatives. but I'm also not worried about it, no reason to freak out.
