Well after a "Daytime High" of 21, dropped to 17 and my bet is will bottom near 5-7 . I will say that it has been nice to see sun today after so many days of clouds, off and on drixzle and rain and temps near 40 with the persistent CAD/Wedge here.

11.7 here. NSW says 6 is our bottom here but I'm curious to see if we sit at 10 for 3 hours and 7 for 6+ hours or drop more.

In Apex. 23 degrees. Feels moderate compared to what a lot are feeling right now, and later.
I was outside for about 20 minutes and I can’t remember the last time my face was that cold. Fingers numb after a couple minutes when the gloves came off.

Me too. Just went out to refill the fire wood rack and my nose and fingers are painfully aware of how cold it is.

Decided to get some (rare) use out of my cold weather gear and went on a 4 mile run around sunset. Even with multiple layers I could feel the chill. Would suck to train for a race up North....

18 degrees. 30 degree drop since 6:30AM.
Well about an hour ago the power decided it had enough of the 34mph winds and gusts up to 43mph right now! Now we wait to see how long it takes for the winds to calm so the linemen can safely do their jobs. Oh and temps are at 54 but by dawn suppose to be 23! So that said it might be a day or two depending on the ice cause it's pouring here! I hope everyone stays safe this evening!!!
Still just trickling down. 4F in about 75min

This is true Siberian air fo sho! I don't think feb 2021 was that cold to be honest. Didn't feel that way. 8 here and not going to drop all that much based on forecast.

It’s collards season and all the farms around here have their collards for sale sign. I’ve been munching on some arugula and collards I had planted since October . Was hoping to keep munching on them all winter but while they are hardy they aren’t low teens hardy. This blows! Just ate some of my collards.

15 degrees, feels like 1, wind out of the west at 15mph still and a DP of -4. Went outside to run up to DG up the street and my coat was ice cold after being outside for 45 seconds.
