I just want a cold February and March. That's when true winter starts in my area.

Don't worry. All the disappointments run together in the end, so I can't remember if that ended up being my 0.4 that melted in 2 hrs or not. But I assure you it wasn't 5.3. I haven't totaled 5.3 total since Dec 2018.

February 2021 was one of the worst winter months ever weather wise here. Watching Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Mississippi get pounded with historic snow while most areas east of the Apps got cold rain or freezing drizzle was painful.
