The storm east of lillington looks like it's getting it's act togetherYes sir those look interesting as well as quite a number of small but discrete cells are popping I think at any time any of those could have rotation.

That's impressive, unwarned and appears to have been a quick "spin up".Check out the rotation near Henderson

The one near Rocky Mount is headed for youThe cell just west of Goldsboro that had a tornado warning is severe warned now but velocities once again would argue tornado

Just saw the one near statonsburg geez it was impressive for a couple of frames. It looks like thankfully these storms aren't able to sustain themselvesLooks like the whole complex is rotating

You are blessed! The trend of having duds here when under any kind of watch or more than a slight risk of severe storms continues.
+100 likes! As having survived an EF 1 tornado last year, that missed my house by about 50-75 yards to the N and W, which blew all 50-100' yards down away from the house, I'm good with duds
Got some heavy rain, a few rumbles of thunder, and some light wind earlier. The 23 and especially the 22z HRRR continues to show some heavy activity moving in later.Good velocities showing up your way

Transporter room ready, Captain.
The HRRRRRRRRRRR didn't lie this time, got some heavy rains, even decent winds (elementary school where my wife teaches in RR is without power this morning) last night. I was approaching 2" totals just prior to sacking out last night and forgot to check this morning but am certain added at least another .5" overnight.Got some heavy rain, a few rumbles of thunder, and some light wind earlier. Might get a few hailers this afternoon! 6z NAM looks fairly robust. The HRRRRRRRRRRR didn't lie this time, got some heavy rains, even decent winds (elementary school where my wife teaches in RR is without power this morning) last night.
