Misc Catch All Dieting Thread

It hard on me when one of my personas wants bojangles and the other wants a turkey burger
 
Looking for a healthier spaghetti...gonna try chicken for the meatballs and spaghetti squash for the noodles.
 
running in the heat of the summer has helped out a lot, increased running distance stamina by a lot, which has helped in XC, and it’s why my 40 yd dash is a 4.18** which is why I should be in the NFL ?
That was unofficial and wind at your back!??
 
I took all butter out of my diet. Mayo too. Working on ranch next.
 
It’s amazing how much money I have saved from only having a soda maybe once a month if that.
 
Anyone else on a diet? I've been on a strict one since early July.. lost around 15 pounds. Feel free to use this thread to offer advice, support, and whatever. (Fat-shaming is allowed, although should be tempered with a good natured Opie smile)... I'll post my results from time to time here..

My personal trainer doesn’t like keto. I’ve replaced all my fatty hamburger with ground deer and turkey burgers. Costs a little more but worth it in the long run.
 
Also added pink salmon and other cheap fish from Aldi to my weekly meals.
 
Testosterone 250 once every 5 days
LGD 4033 20 mg per day
Anavar 50 mg per day
Gallon of water per day
Nac 600mg per day
Liver add 2 pills per day
Work out 5 days a week.
Equals - muscles!
