I'll be checking in often over the next few days to read but probably not gonna get a lot of time to actually look at model runs.... My mom is having open heart surgery tomorrow and if anyone feels so inclined prayers appreciated. Thanks!

18Z didn't look half bad and "validates" some folks hopes - surprised at the lack of lightbulbs

but oh yes - i remember now, it is the 18z and it is the GFS :p

April is the worst month for me. College basketball hangover month. Yet not warm enough to hit the pools, etc.
 
well if the 18Z GFS is correct (and it is the 18Z and it is the GFS, so LOL) => get your shorts, flip-flops and occasional snorkel out ...

Obviously T.S. Eliot was not talking about the South lol.
 
the sandhill cranes are migrating north today by the thousands (they winter here from Minn and Canada) - they probably have a better "radar" than we when it comes to temps ...
 
another forecast bust - 60º in the height of the afternoon and NWS said 72º - these low busts are nice - just sayin' :D
