This part ruins the credibility of that source IMO:
The snow is typically at its deepest on November 13, with a median depth of 2.2"

What's your source?
OK - point being what? 2.2 at that latitude? I'm sorry but I'm lost here .... I wasn't picking a fight, just trying to provide some data
plus, what I sent says exactly the same thing you post from another source - so where is the cred issue?Oh well - it's what I have on hand ....
Well technically February is when you need to put it down anyway regardless of what type of weather. Lol.Better get pre emergent out asap
1993 and 2014 were major busts for our groundhog. We all know what happened those years.Georgia's apparently 60% accurate groundhog says it's spring! Winter cancel! Lol
Here ya go, Brick... LOL (actually, draw a line from Cross City, north of Ocala and Palatka to Ponte Vedra Beach and anything south of there is miserable, any time of the year - odd how the climate changes given 50 to 60 miles - it'll often be 22º here and 37º in Ocala).I think it would be better to just live in South Florida where it's always warm.
Maybe - but I'm headed to church on Sunday after first sitting in a bar the next 2 days reading these posts - somewhere there has to be an answer ....This isn't going to end well is it!?!

I try to keep religion and politics out of everything I do in public - but I am "proactive" FWIW, and my priest enjoys a belt with me (he's Irish like me) - so not a bad combo LOLSMH! I'd go to church. Much healthier answers are found there. At least praying to God you are being somewhat proactive. But drinking away this winter might not hurt either. So there you go. LOL!

Brick - Following up on an earlier post - you really need to consider relocating to far south FL -- LOLWe have seen that movie a lot. Wonder if this is the same thing.
God is good, man is not. Man made Booze , god made po_!Maybe - but I'm headed to church on Sunday after first sitting in a bar the next 2 days reading these posts - somewhere there has to be an answer ....
not going there but please - learn tongue in cheek - and levity on an otherwise sucky night ...God is good, man is not. Man made Booze , god made po_!
I have been colder than predicted the past several mornings here, and by the way it looks, we may have some freezing drizzle around here tomorrow morning if it is indeed once more colder then forecasted.Well let's see - it's a chilly, damp 60º in Gainesville FL and NWS had me to be close to 70º with sun - that's a 12 hour bust IMHO ---> models out 10 -15 days ... LOL
Until some consensus happens in the data going in, who can be sold on any solution? Just askin' ....
Thanks for posting the winter of 16/17 temp map! Here's an example of a computer generated model, with no human input (ergo - models and not analytics make me suspect - every day)
