Nice! We have snow here too. The models seem to be all over the place. Do you think 1-2 inches in a few spots?

Yeah that doesn’t seem unreasonable to me I think someone could get over 2” here

In rock hill today. Massive flakes coming down pretty heavy at times. Already starting to accumulate. 34°

I wouldn't be surprised if a few lucky areas see 3-4" today if they can get under a heavy band for a few hours. These ULL's can really bring some interesting surprises and are almost always poorly modeled.
Snow and sleet in downtown Raleigh. Precip looks expansive.

39 with light rain. Rain total so far is about 2 million tons.
Looks like pretty much all snow in Raleigh now.

It’s absolutely ripping here in NE Charlotte already have an additional dusting to half inch of accumulation and more on the way it seems
now slightly over 2 inches in kannapolis

Radar seems to show some really heavy precip over central Wake that’s barely moving. Nws has it moving SE quickly but so far it’s crawling on radar
Chapel Hill and Durham are getting smoked right now

Aunt & Uncle on the wife's side in the small town of Columbus, NC reported that they had 10+ inches of snow & no power as of last night.

just got power back had 11 hours of snow with a total of 7 inches before it flipped to sleet ...sleet total of 2 inches. still melting in the rain gauge looks like liquid total is going to be around 3 inches
