Good trends on the models. Not sure we will get an inch of snow to stick, but it would be cool to see it fall. I don't think I have ever seen snow in the Triangle in April.

Not sure what formed over the upstate, but it’s truly a blessing! Temps also plummeting, down 12 in 45 minutes

HRRR seems to be verifying too dry at the surface here. Unfortunately, I have no clue about the upper levels, but there is rain reaching the surface here.

Reports of sleet in the Triad now on mPING.
It's the 24z we toss..... down to 36 now but the 850's still not cooperating yet

Had a little snow- and 32 at the very end. Too bad the system dried out so bad. It was 5:30 before we saw enough water to even get the pavement wet. Bet we were less than a tenth total for this one. But hey, I got stuff done outside today that would not have happened had it been wet so....
25z ain’t much better. But it’s now time anyway.
Trying to dry up but if it can hold on transition line finally making progress
