Idalia didn't even rain a drop west of Panama City ?
And Harvey did absolutely nothing in Dallas while 4 hours southeast was a disaster

It looks a lot like 2016 to me. May have to wait a long time for very much rain for many of us. The drought maps are going to get a lot more colorful in the southeast.
