Bring that east 4 states and I'm in happyville. Heck, it can change 3 times before 0 hour, so it could happen. What you want is the surprise. Kind of look at it without looking at it, and it might jell into something closer to you. Like in a football game if you scream and shout enough you affect the outcome. So, if you watch these storms without looking, you keep them from jelling, and you can catch a surprise, lol. Watching clouds with your inner self!
