Over 6 inches here on solid surfaces. Measurements in grassy areas are solid 8 inches so far here in northern Cleburne Co Alabama right next to GA line. Seems the clown maps were not so clowny after all. 31 degrees all morning. Most roads officially closed. Power outages all over.

Been snowing at a decent clip in Ooltewah the last hour and half. Seems a little lighter at the moment. Heading to Cabin in Gatlinburg in a few hours. Hopefully they get a decent snow up on Ski Mtn Rd.
