Sure sounds like the war is going terribly for the Ukrainians.....should be about ready to surrender any time now.....or at least that is what some post in this thread would have you believe....

Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council: The Kyiv project for security guarantees is actually a prelude to World War III.

Russia won't last through winter at this rate. Russian public opinion is shifting against Putin. Putin will either have to launch tactical Nukes or resign. I hope he resigns and saves Earth.

China, Russia, and India are meeting together on Thursday and Friday. This is the first time in 3 year's Xi has left China.

It sounds like the rout is on in Ukraine, general retreat on several fronts, and even signs some of the Russian are leaving Crimea.....looks like thousands of Russian troops are cut off and unable to be resupplied or retreat. It would be next to impossible for the Russians to retake the areas they lost, they do not have the men or equipment but most importantly the moral to pull it off.....

It definitely feels like the odds of an end here sooner rather than later have come up in the past week or so. Would be very good news.

Looks like they are escalating to see how far they can go with NATO not directly intervening.
Also they are trying to stop Ukraine's advances in Kherson. Ukraine uses poontoon bridges to cross the Inhulets River in the Kherson counteroffensive and Russia struck the dam to increase the water levels of the river to make it harder for Ukraine to use the bridges to cross the river. Here's the map:

Ahh that makes sense

China has now joined the war with Russia

"In the face of the colossal changes of our time on a global scale, unprecedented in recent history, we are ready to team up with our Russian colleagues to set an example of a responsible world power and to play a leading role in putting a rapidly changing world on the track of sustainable and positive development," -Xi

“The Indian prime minister told Putin on Friday on the sidelines of a regional security bloc summit in Uzbekistan: “I know that today’s era is not an era of war, and I have spoken to you on the phone about this.” He said democracy, diplomacy and dialogue kept the world together.”

It's always good to have a plan... But since so many people are giving them the green light to do whatever they want to protect Ukraine I'm afraid of what that will mean. The same people that bitched about Iraq are fully supporting this.

Yup and difference is Russia has many nukes unlike Iraq. I predict if Putin does something, it will be before springtime. Hopefully cooler heads will prevail.

The US has a squadron of F-22s in theater, and F-35s from partners who are capable of deploying B61s, with ease over Western Europe and Eastern Russia. Hopefully Russia’s ICBM is similar in capability as their ground forces.

While I know you all like my intel, back channels are confirming like for like absent boarders.
