So here's what we are going to do because I'm tired of seeing political -------- in every single thread, i'm going to start a new political section where you will have to request access to join. I have posted a thread where you can request access.

Normally the entire missile does not impact, there is a warhead separation that occurs in the terminal part of the flight, so the first or second stage depending on the rocket drops off before impact.....lots of the images you see of rockets sticking out of stuff are those stages from Smerch rockets....there are pictures of hundreds, hell probably thousands of these things all over Ukraine now at this point....its one of their most widely used weapons...it also happens with all their other rocket systems but smaller

Thank you for you hard work. But, she said to not trust that site, which is not the author of the news. The reason she gave was poor also.

trust which site? my post does not speak on the validity of the writing on the rocket, only the reason it was where it was......I have no doubt though some Russian thought for the children would be a funny thing to write on it.....writing on bombs and rockets has been around for hundreds of years.

The fuse in some of these bomblets are set so some go off later to hamper first responders etc.....

We provided around 100 UH60A (Blackhawks) to Afghan years ago, we should provide some older variant we plan to divest eventually anyway. The drones provided have a good bit of firepower. Other questions on helo or jets; Ability to maintain with scheduled maintenance, spare parts, facilities, trained pilots, mission need, etc
 
The Ukrainians did in fact apparently sink the Moskva the flagship of Russia's Black Sea fleet....the Ukrainians claim two hits with Neptune missiles which would be a first for that system I think as they just came online this year.

Russia is claiming there was a fire on board ship that setoff the munitions causing the boat to sink....technically they are not lying lol, there was a fire on board. They omit the reason or seem to be trying to spin it to a accidental fire etc....

Sounds like the ship took heavy damage and suffered several explosions of munitions, this would have likely killed a lot of the crew, the ship crew is 510 and the seas are reported to be heavy, all in all a good time to attack as it makes saving the ship harder....also the design is kinda dumb those big launchers on the side each hold a 10,000 lb massive anti ship missile so you can guess what would happen if they were hit by a missile....



Also really ironic Zelensky introduced the Snake Island stamps today showing a soldier on Snake Island flipping off the Moskva....orrrr foreshadowing since he knew they would make a go at it today.
