It's what they should have demanded though. They were pointless if Russia wasn't going to negotiate in good faith. There is little point in discussing any other conditions until Russia removes their forces from Ukraine.

I dont think they mean give them their actual Iron Dome system, but rather sell them or give them the system, Iron Dome is a network of dozens of radars and missile launchers designed to intercept ballistic rockets......and pretty much anything else that flies.
 
To late for iron Dome. Time that would take is something Ukraine doesn't have. This is evolving into a last stand Guerilla/Urban warfare as puttin is ramping up the bombing of the metros. The #'s advantage is gonna prove to much. Ukrainians are to be admired for taking the stand they have and I'm sure they will fight this till their last breathe.

Right, I understand what it is but those posting on social media are literally asking Israel to send their system to them, some even asking they stop protesting the war and send the system. That was my point, it's not that easy and not something Israel has an extra air defense system just lying around to send over and if they actually sent their air own defense weaponry to Ukraine, they'd be defenseless themselves.

Putin is too far to turn back now and unless his troops or inner circle turn on him, this is going to get extremely ugly. God help them

Russian does this to Ukraine today it's Poland tomorrow and so on and so forth. Sometimes the bully has together his ass kicked to learn to stop being a bully.

I get it the stakes are high but the message everyone sitting on the sidelines is sending is equally as dangerous and joining in.
 
The way I look at it is there obviously a middle ground that can be easily met to end this conflict and that’s why I think intervening militarily is extremely dumb to risk the entire population of the world to prove a point. That’s just my opinion.

Exactly what I said yesterday, Putin is about to turn up the heat in an attempt to gain back the Westerner's fear and respect. He has nothing to lose at this point:

Its not about getting Putin to back down, its about getting those around him to realize the damage he is doing to Russia and them has reached a point where Putin is no longer valid as a leader. That having him in charge does more harm than good...Putin is testing that resolve right now in Kharkov, indiscriminately shelling civilian areas, the reasoning is simple break the spirit of the people....and to see just how far NATO is willing to go. Its a desperate action of a desperate man.

Think about South Korea, Japan and especially Tawain. entrenched in the middle of this eastern Hempishphere .

I don’t see how this can end peacefully. All sides are in too deep it seems. Putin is set on having Ukraine. The west is determined not to let him have it. Two immovable forces are colliding.

The U.S. military never makes their defense posture official to the public. There are a few websites like DEFCON Warning System that try to give a guess on the current status, but they are regular folks speculating and analyzing events just like we are.
