Yep, we’re getting into a time where it’s legitimately becoming important to get snow up there, still looks to be some eventually. Trust me at this point since we’re entering October, I want me some big snows piling up in Canada as a snow lover here. What good does it do torching it up there for weeks like what we’re doing and what we’re gonna continue to do, when we could instead be getting some big snows up there and starting the freezer, could be worse tho 3E5D01FC-E086-4395-8198-9DFF5C020A0B.png
 
It’s that wonderful time of year when it’s dark when I go to work and too dark too to work outside when I get off! Granted, I work 7-7, but nights are long in the great white North!

We do need a pattern change! If this pattern was in January, we’d still be in a non wintry pattern

Your friends at the drought monitor say otherwise. Amazing Wake stayed in D0 but we are good to go ? somehow a 45 day total of 1.75 isn't dry

You sure that’s not dryness related ? Not even the northeast is that far ahead outside of New England . Assuming it’s dryness related .
 
2.38 since installing the new weather station on Sept. 13 and if memory serves I had less than .5 prior to that, if even that. So while I'm not really in too bad of shape, it is the 2nd month in a row that was significantly below avg precip.

Really looking forward to having more detailed info each month now, something I really lacked with my old station.

I've seen a lot of crabgrass turning purple/yellow. It's usually one if the first things to go once soil temps drop and doesn't require a frost

What station do you have now and what kind of information does it give you vs your old one?

Weatherflow and the historical data is much better. Last station was connected hardline to a computer, if the comp was off or not connected for some reason the data was off, also old one only went back 30 days. Not to mention the accuracy, I think lol, at least day time temps are much more accurate

The metwannabe heat island effect in full force ? but cool thank you I’m looking to get a new one myself my other one got busted in a storm
