They'd need to blow Georgia out (probably not happening as when we've talked about a championship setting with the two teams, you only can come up with one case where it was close to one, and while Milroe has been playing better, Bryce Young was the best QB in college football in 2021) or get help from at least one, if not both of FSU/Texas losing (FSU isn't what they were without Travis, but based on what we saw out of Louisville last week, they're probably going to be 13-0 and you unfortunately have to probably put them in if Georgia loses).

Think Florida state is the weakest of the unbeatens especially without Travis

The Oklahoma State-Texas football rivalry took a gruesome turn when a dead longhorn cow was discovered on the lawn of an Oklahoma State fraternity, one day before the schools meet in the Big 12 championship game.
 
Washington-Oregon was lit. Huskies to the CFP. Georgia and Michigan to join tomorrow. FSU doesnt deserve it even if they win. Should be Texas.

Eh I think if you go undefeated in a power 5 conference and win your championship game you deserve to go. The acc and every other conference has a handful of mediocre teams. It’s hard to go undefeated no matter what conference your in.

FSU wins they are in, it’s that simple. Think Georgia is In regardless, less they absolutely get smoked by bama, then there will be chaos for the foal spot between bama texas asuming they beat okie state, and Ohio state

If GA gets in over Bama despite losing in the title game then they lose the argument to put Texas in over Bama.
 
Yeah, if Bama happens to win today over Georgia and it's a close game, along with FSU winning, I'd still probably lean toward them shutting the SEC out this time considering what's coming starting next year (gonna have at least 3 SEC teams in easily every year unless it's a down year).

If FSU loses (possible since they might have their 3rd string QB if Plummer takes care of the ball for Louisville), that's where it gets interesting. If you're going to give Georgia the benefit of the doubt, you probably also have to put Bama in at the same time, and Austin, TX would likely burn the town down as long as they win early this afternoon.

I'm not hoping for any of the above though.
 
Well whatever happens today, will be the last time. At first I did not like the 12 team playoff but after thinking about it lately and as I am a SEC fan, The 12 team playoff is nothing but great news for us. They will no longer be able to play politics and ignore strength of schedule.
 
I don't think i ever cheered for Alabama before, but i find myself doing it tonight. I think its time to move on from Georgia..lol. They have overstayed their welcome. Everyone gets tired of the same team being around every year.;):D

A 12 team tournament is perfect. Look what March Madness does for CBB every year.
 
Now who gets in? I'm assuming Michigan will beat Iowa. Not sure about FSU with 2nd or 3rd string qb.

Here's my prediction:
1) Michigan
2) Washington
3) Texas
4) Alabama

The same can be said about Bama. I'm hoping the SEC is left out this year. Hoping it'll be Washington, FLA State, Texas, and Michigan.
