I don’t see most of the Atlanta area getting more than 50 mph gusts.I kind of thought this thing was overhyped especially in Atlanta

Yeah I think Tallahassee would be the worst place you could think of to be stuck after a hurricane without power.Glad I don’t live in Tallahassee anymore. I remember when I moved there in 2016, they hadn’t had a direct hit from a hurricane in over three decades. Then literally months later they had Hermine, then Michael (not a direct hit but still) while I was still there, and now this.
Some Atlanta folks definitely seem a bit upset that it's not going to be as bad as they thought yesterday. All the GA folks arguing about whether or not it will be bad in Atlanta.
No, sorry, that seems to be the Carolina trademark. All the GA folks arguing about whether or not it will be bad in Atlanta.
We argue about how bad it's going to be in Atlanta? No, sorry, that seems to be the Carolina trademark.
Don’t bother arguing with a bot brickWe argue about how bad it's going to be in Atlanta?
So Atlanta may not even get tropical storm winds .The NBM has been consistent not taking KFFC above 40mph wind gusts this whole time. Very interesting
I wouldn't bank on that at all. The NBM is probably wrong for everyone with winds, tbh. But who knows. So Atlanta may not even get tropical storm winds .
Definitely not sustained tropical storm winds. But hey, we get tropical storm gusts of wind in every summer time thunderstorm and winter time cold front so nothing new there. So Atlanta may not even get tropical storm winds .
I just don’t think this is going to be a crippling, devastating storm for Atlanta but who knows. I could be wrong.Definitely not sustained tropical storm winds. But hey, we get tropical storm gusts of wind in every summer time thunderstorm and winter time cold front so nothing new there.
