Rain starting to let up. Winds are nothing here. So much for a PTC...

I figured JB would complain (he’s so far down with his seasonal prediction), but this wasn’t organized enough to be a STS per NHC.

I assume it was worse than Florence in some areas due to it falling within a much shorter period of time.

This shows you don’t need a TS or STS to have near biblical effects.

We had 20 inches over a 4 day period last month with Debby. The flooding today was far worse. I only had 8 inches in 3 to 4 hours I can't imagine the areas just south of me that are over a foot.
