There are 2 things going on and this is my personal take. The "drones" are ours. If they are what I think they are they have the ability to track radiation. The other subject involved are orbs and they have an energy bubble that surrounds them that puts off radiation. The subject inside this bubble is an interdimensional being called a Hathors. They are benevolent beings who have been guiding us for thousands of years. They are your angels. The pics attached are a close up of one of these orbs in New Jersey. They are the same thing you see in the video I posted before this one. The government knows what they are and are using our drones to "see them"

Some have craft inside them that may or may not have an entity inside. That glow you see around acts like an anti gravity bubble. That's why they can zip away at incredible speeds. The interdimensional beings are coming through a portal so they just appear and disappear out of nowhere. You only see the glow because it's night. This is how I understand it at a basic level.
