I wonder what else is different behind the scenes too. I fully expected things to go a lot like 2020 when Trump had leads everywhere and ended up losing states and the election. I do know GA and some other states got the count done faster, but not all of them did.

The only members of the Executive Branch in the Constitution is the President and Vice-president. Everything else was created out of whole cloth by Congress, which is their role. Simply bring in each department head, one at a time, hand them a copy of Article 1 Section 8 Powers of Congress, and have them point out which of the enumerated powers of congress authorized the creation of their agecy.
If/When they can't find that authorization, shut down the agency, vacate the personnel, and call in the next head.
As per the Constitution, the Executive Branch exists, among other things, to execute federal statutes, but as a co-equal branch with congress, it is under zero obligation to execute an unconstitutional one. That's how you purge the swamp and get them out of our lives. It's as simple as that.

This might have worked back in the 1800's, but it can't possibly work these days. Can you imagine 50 states, 50 different sets of rules in each one that things like the FDA, FCC, NOAA, and many others take care of now. The country would grind to a halt with 50% or more unemployment, with no help for them. There is no way the states could handle it.
The real solution is rewriting the Constitution, making it work better with today's reality.
