Anything before hr. 240 has a greater chance at verifying vs anything after hr 240. At this point, there is a chance of some system coming about in the 23-26 time frame, give or take. There is enough evidence of that there will be a system.

Thanks for posting pics! God this setups where it snows almost to Brownesville TX, while we SE ridge, are sure painful to watch!! But have a much better chance of happening , than a pure EC trough! It's gonna hurt!

Weather forecasting is clock work, and it can come down to more than clock work. The GFS will have it's twists and turns, no question about it.

Wow!! 12zgfs. Ok, i just woke up because i work nights, and just looked at the models. I know alot is having a hard time buying this run, but as i was saying earlier to someone on here, a storm signal, point between shortly after thanksgiving to the first week of December. As much as the gfs has been on this cold outbreak, i can see something of some sort coming. If anyone was wondering why that gfs run was so cold, its because it was picking up on the snow cover. Heres to hoping, Bring it on.
