Ouch ....If it can hold together, the cell over northeastern Randolph County would reach the triangle in about 40-45 minutes... Seeing half dollar-golf ball size hail w/ that storm and winds 60-70 mph
Same hereI was totally jipped by this first storm that passed a few miles to my north over northern Wake County, hopefully I can score the northern edge of the embedded bowing segment just south of Siler City
Here we go...

Whomever is lucky in that there are no trees to clean up tomorrow ...Anybody wanna guess who lives in the SE corner of Wake, i.e. the only area in the southern part of the county not in the warning polygon? Anybody?![]()
The storms that blew through here today were meh. Local mets reported a maximum 62 mph wind gust, had dime to penny size hail at my place and heavy rain for 15 minutes. Some trees blown down in the region, but not much else to report from HUN area.Whomever is lucky in that there are no trees to clean up tomorrow ...![]()
Those storms headed toward me look healthier than I suspected with nightfall, at the very least it seems I'll be getting strong thunderstorms again. Probably nothing very major though.
