Thanks for your support
What we’re getting now is probably headed toward you - it is absolutely dumping snow right now - its awesomeReally picking up now here. Moving out of the pixie dust phase into the small flake phase
You passed the auditionOfficially in The Band. Heavy snow.
I’m in Raleigh too. At this point I’ll be glad if it does anything. I’m tired of the rollecoaster this weekDry as a bone. 21.7. You folks outside of the triangle have fun today.
Flurries in Montgomery Alabama and I cant catch a flake in Durham?Flurries down to Montgomery..View attachment 192406
@weatherfide we are not that far from each other! Do you see the very dark clouds back to the NW? Light snow at the airport.Should pick up again soon. I truly think Atlanta north and west will do better with the NW flow snow showers than many think.
up to about 1.5 inches in the NE part of the county. really nice band setting up but looks like we might get dry slotted soonRates are getting heavier. Up to 7/8" closing in on an inch fast
Can't see the NW sky. Obscured by thousands of trees, unfortunately. It comes and goes here. Snow showers would be the proper classification I think. Nothing very heavy. The tops of cars have a light dusting, but the winds keep blowing it all away.@weatherfide we are not that far from each other! Do you see the very dark clouds back to the NW? Yeah I am 5 miles west of Cumming and we have a heavy dusting. Honestly I do not see a path to 2-3 inches if the radar does not fill in. I’m suspecting we will underperform vs what short range models were advertising overnight. Happy to be wrong though!Heavy dusting here in South Forsyth, a few miles east of Alpharetta. We’ll need rates to pick up big time later in order to hit the 2-3 inches in the forecast
Meanwhile, Blairsville is doing really well

If it snows until almost midnight in Charlotte, someone is getting a foot guaranteed.FWIW the 3k Nam has shifted the coastal low NW and throws good moisture back over the Triangle. Rooting for y’all.
