Pattern July Fry

Congrats to everyone with rain.

I'm still somewhat skeptical of the flood watches down here in the coastal plain. QPF is predicted a 1"-3" over the next 5 days and short term modeling looks drier today.

Sounds like this is increasingly an event for the coastal strip east of Highway 17. It's not over for us in the Pee Dee region of SC/NC, but the fat lady is warming up.

Funny how we got a flood warning and then it stopped raining within minutes of the warning lol. Would like to see the updated drought map after this is done.
