IMHO, for the bulk of the SE US, you can hardly have a better pattern than these next two weeks for wintry precip and cold combined!!

This is what this weekend’s storm looked like a week out. I know it’s been said over and over again, but we probably want anything showing up in the models right now to be suppressed to account for any potential amping/northwest trend.
They are kind of two different set ups.. this next storm looks to have an easier way to supply cold air through over running .. I really like the potential here for board wide snow
