Ok two more pics we built a snow man. With very few supplies but it’s a very wet snow! Easy to pack. Joeys pancakes in the morning

Snow Gods are really trying my patience this winter.. the Christmas storm literally missed us with accumulating snow by 20 miles (no elevation issues) and now this.. A 2100' mountain overlooking downtown Chattanooga, where there was nothing but cold upper 30s rain the entire event:

Approaching the 1” mark. Fat flakes. Let’s see how long it lasts...
One thing I hate about these kinds of wet snowfalls after rains is how inconsistently it accumulates because of puddles, standing water, etc. Reminds me of the January 2013 ULL a bit in that regard.
 
My dad sent me this from his house in Cherokee County SC. It was still putting it down about 30 minutes ago. Easily 3”. He lives on Highway 11 about 4-5 miles north of 85. Just that little bit of difference is all it takes

Neighborhood road is almost all the way white. Getting ready to hit 1 inch mark. Still pouring
